Writer's Workshop with Todd McCaffrey at Dragon*Con 2007

Todd McCaffrey will be holding a Writer's Workshop at Dragon*Con this year. The workshop will be limited to eight participants (first come, first serve) and will cost $50 to cover expenses.

Anne Cancels 2007 DragonCon Appearance

Due to other commitments and health issues, Anne has had to cancel her planned appearance at Dragon*Con this year.

The 2007 Anne McCaffrey Fans UK Gather will be held on the weekend from the 5th to 7th October in Birmingham, UK.

WeyrFest at Dragon*Con 2007

WeyrFest 2007 will be held in the Quebec room of the Marriott hotel in Atlanta (same location as last year). Confirmed guests for 2007 include: Anne McCaffrey, Todd McCaffrey, Jody Lynn Nye, and Bill Fawcett. This year's WeyrFest is expected to be a grand occasion as fans and authors alike celebrate Pern's 40s anniversary.

Update 20-January-2007

WeyrFest will be celebrating its 15th year at Dragon*Con this year. That makes two auspicious anniversaries in one big party!

Anne McCaffrey has accepted to be Guest of Honor at EuroCon 2007 in Copenhagen, Denmark, in September 2007.
